We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Outreach Associate with a background as a pharmacy dispenser. This is a perfect role for someone who would like to take their first step into a marketing and commercial role in a growing and fast paced business.
Role description
As Marketing & Outreach Associate you will be the representative for organisations across North East London including; GP Practices, Care Homes and Patient Community Groups. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day outreach activity to partner organisations. Which involves, setting up and attending meetings and being the first point of contact to answer questions and provide information on the pharmacy services. But most importantly it is to ambassador our services and gain new patients to add to our growing portfolio and to identify new products and services that we can build upon.
In addition to this you will be responsible for distributing marketing collateral for partners and patients across your area including to GP practices and community organisations.
Responsibilities
Managing outreach to organisations including GP Practices, Care Homes and Community Organisations by phone, email and in-person
Booking and attending meetings at partner organisations
Liaising with our own pharmacists and involving them in the process where necessary.
Managing the distribution of marketing materials and collateral to partner organisations and in the community including posters, flyers, brochures and social media for patients and partners.
Sourcing new partners and contacts who meet our criteria and updating our Outreach database
Keeping our outreach database up to date with notes and progress of partner interactions and progress.
The opportunity to get involved in other marketing activities and gain experience of working in a marketing and sales department.
Requirements
Level 2 Certificate in Pharmaceutical Science
The ability to travel to visit partner organisations across North East London
Passionate about providing the very best patient care and service
A good communicator who is confident in meeting new people and creating positive relationships
A keen interest or experience in marketing
Analytical with a good attention to detail
Comfortable with different advertising methods including the use of social media
The ability to work on own initiative and manage daily activities to focus on the greatest benefits
